How does this shipping process work?
Once you've received a quote and a payment method has been established, we will email you a shipping label, via FedEx. After you package the item, print the label out and tape it on the package. You can either drop the package off at your local FedEx office or schedule a pick-up online through FedEx. If you would like to ship through a different method, we can reimburse you for the shipping cost with a proof of payment. If the item is fragile, please contact us at (253) 906-1091 or email us at ask@prodentalresell.com, to ensure the package will not be damaged during shipment.
How do I schedule a pickup?
We are based in Washington state and serve Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, and neighboring cities. You may arrange a local pick-up by calling or emailing us. We offer on-site quotes and pick-up same day. Let us know what day and time is most convenient for you.
How will I be compensated for payment?
Payment will be completed via check, Zelle, or PayPal, within 3-5 business days, after shipment has been received. If we travel onsite to your office location, we can pay you in cash.
How do you determine how much you will pay for my equipment?
Determining factors will be dependent on the product’s demand and secondary market sales price.
I’m not sure if my equipment is in working condition, what should I do?
Please describe the equipment to the best of your ability. Offers will be given based on “as-is” condition. We purchase working, broken, incomplete, and equipment parts.
What is the best way for us to get rid of a large quantity of dental equipment in our office?
If you are local, the first step is to fill out the request form. After we’ve received your request, we can schedule an on-site walkthrough. For large quantities, please attach pictures through the request form or email us at ask@prodentalresell.com. We are always ready to adapt and customize the process according to your needs.
I have a set price in mind for high-end equipment. Will you be able to assist me in finding a buyer?
